Hailey Paige Land Co. is the newest branch of Friesen Engineering, which is a small civil engineering and surveying company. For the last 35 years we have developed subdivisions, residential complexes, and commercial projects in Kansas and Missouri for many others. Last year we found some property for a very reasonable price and purchased 60 acres. With our surveying and engineering background, we quickly platted the property and found that we could sell 3-5 acre lots well below the appraised value. This trend has continued and we are now on our fourth property. Having an engineering office in Stone County has helped us find other land and, hopefully, will help us to continue providing a better quality product.
Hailey and Paige happened to be two of our granddaughters. We hope that someday this venture will provide them with a college education and possibly a future career.
