The Ridges at Cape Fair, Phase I
The Ridges at Cape Fair, Phase I, is an eleven (11) lot subdivison sitting along the ridge line between Woolly Creek and Piney Creek. All lots are 3.5 - 5.0 acres on a paved road. Access to Mark Twain National Forest is adjacent to all lots.

 |
The lots are 100% covered with "old growth" oak,
walnut, pine and cedar trees, many over 100 ft tall. All lots have electric and telephone service to the lot.
Lots 6,7,8, and 9 have underground services. |
| All lots are accessed from the ridge line with a gentle grade, so that making a driveway to the house location will simple and not steep.
With 3-5 acre lots and dense trees, you need be only
50-60 feet from the county road to be hidden from view.
By clearing some to the smaller trees, you can open the view to whatever extent you desire. |
 |
Lot owners will need to provide water (well) and septic tanks. From the county road, overlooking the trees, you
can see 2-3 miles in either direction. All lots have an access easement to link them directly to the Mark Twain National Forest. Hiking and horse back are the common methods of traveling in the National Forest.
