Subdivisions in Missouri

We have three subdivisions within the same general area.  All are located 3-4 miles east of highway 76 between Shell Knob and Cape Fair. 

The Ridges at Cape Fair, Phase I

An eleven (11) lot subdivision sitting along the ridge line between Woolly Creek and Piney Creek. All lots have direct access to the Mark Twain National Forest by trails with the Subdivision.

A new log cabin is under construction on Lot #9

The Ridges at Cape Fair, Phase II

A four (4) lot subdivision adjacent to Phase I. The lots are 10 acres and are currently sold out or under contract to purchase.

The Ridges at Woolly Creek

An eleven (11) lot subdivision overlooking Woolly Creek on Table Rock Lake. Lots are 3.5 acres - 7 acres and amost have a great view of the lake. All lots are on a paved county road and as near as 300' +/- to the water.
