The Ridges at Woolly Creek is an eleven (11) lot subdivison sitting near the banks of Woolly Creek and Table Rock Lake.
Most of the lots are 300 ft +/- higher than the lake along the ridge line on the county road.
On most of the lots you can see the lake as far out as the main channel (1 mile). You can see 76 highway (2 miles north) and the water tower in Cape Fair (4 miles).
The lots are 80%-90% covered with "old growth" oak, walnut, pine and cedar trees, many over 100 ft tall. All lots have electric and telephone service to the lot.
All lots have acces to the boat ramp at the lake and
boat slips are still available.
